- Update and maintain a compliance tool and ensure MIS reporting and compliances
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance master accordingly
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and the Board
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
- Promote a culture of compliance within the organization
- Investigate and respond to compliance incidents and breaches
- Develop and implement corrective action plans
