We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commi III to join our culinary team at Las Hermanas, a premium Goan-Mexican food truck concept. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing dishes as per the menu and recipes.

- Carry out basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinades, and other ingredients.

- Assist in preparing tacos, burritos, nachos, and other menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.

- Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and truck, equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.





- Follow food safety standards and proper food storage procedures.

- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.

- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and reporting shortages to the senior chef.

- Ensure mise en place is completed before service.

- Work efficiently during busy service hours and support the team in timely order preparation.

- Follow instructions from the senior chefs.

- Maintain cleanliness and organize the food truck and follow safe working practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
