? Key Responsibilities

- Technology Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap for Neuromancer AI.
- AI/ML Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications, generative AI, intelligent agents, and automation systems, as aligned with the product roadmap.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, from prototyping and MVP development to deployment and scaling.
- Technical Leadership: Build and lead the engineering team as the company grows, establishing strong engineering practices and a culture of innovation.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective AI systems and backend infrastructure.




- Research & Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team on product strategy, business development, partnerships, and fundraising from a technical perspective.
- Execution & Ownership: Take ownership of technical decisions and translate business ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.

? What We’re Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant software engineering frameworks.
- Practical understanding of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, backend systems, cloud platforms, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to design and build scalable software products and turn ideas into working prototypes.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to take ownership, and commitment to building a company for the long term.
