We are hiring an experienced CNC Programmer for our growing team in Mumbai to support our U.S.-based operations during the Night Shift.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Siemens UG NX and a solid background in CAM/CNC programming, with experience in creating geometries, generating toolpaths, and developing CNC programs for turning, milling, and mill-turn machines. This role offers the opportunity to work on precision machining projects in a collaborative and quality-focused workplace.
Shift Timing: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Alternate Saturdays working)

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify part geometries using Siemens UG NX/CAM Software.
- Generate and optimize CNC toolpaths.
- Perform toolpath post-processing and CNC code generation.
- Program Turning operations (VTL & HTL).
- Develop CNC programs for 2-, 3-, and 5-axis Milling.
- Create and validate Mill-Turn programs.
- Automate CNC machining processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality and tolerance requirements.
- Simulate and verify CNC programs before production.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
- Optimize machining strategies and cycle times.
- Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues.
