Job Title : CNC & VMC Programmer

Experience : 15 years

Location : Chennai

Role & Responsibilities :

- Program CNC Lathe and VMC machines and perform program prove-outs.
- Read 2D engineering drawings and develop 3D models using CAD software.
- Select cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ensure component accuracy through first-piece inspection.
- Optimize machining time, productivity, and production costs.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Maintain CNC programs and coordinate with Production and Quality teams.

Qualification & Skills :
- Robust hands-on experience in CNC & VMC programming.
- Good knowledge of CAD, 3D modelling, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
- Ability to independently manage the complete process from drawing to production.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Programmer in CNC Lathe and VMC machines : 10 years (Required)
