Job Role:

Manage business operation of the region for Micro Lending business.

Track and Manage Product Profitability (PL) and portfolio.

Manage team of AM’s/BIC to ensure achievement of set business parameters PL - Profitability along with consistent business growth.

Business Parameters – Target penetration, Target Nos.

Value Income Parameters – Insurance and Team Productivity matrix.

Compliance Audit Ensure smooth relationship with all stake holders (Ops, Credit, Policy team).

Customers Recent business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring of Collection, CGTs, LUC Verification Random Check.

Assessing training needs to accelerate team’s performance.





Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.

To Drive business through various available channels.

To Organize Manage various RR for Field and Branch Staff Liaison with different stakeholders such as banks, SRO, Legal authority, NABARD etc.

Provide market intelligence in term of business, product proposal.

Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers on disbursement, productivity and delinquency.

Ensure zero slippage of account into different delinquency bucket.

Timely recruitment of Field and Branch Staff and their career planning.

Ensure timely collection.
