Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and patient-focused Clinic Wellness Counselor to guide clients regarding wellness services, explain treatment plans, manage client inquiries, and provide a positive customer experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in wellness and client counseling.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding clinic wellness services, programs, and available treatment options.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate services within the scope of company policies and approved clinical guidance.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and appointment schedules clearly.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified inquiries into appointments and service bookings without making misleading promises.
- Maintain client records, counseling notes, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, clinic staff, and the sales team when required.




- Handle client questions professionally and resolve routine concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow clinic policies.
- Achieve assigned counseling, appointment, and customer satisfaction targets.

Skills Required

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident, presentable, and well-organized.
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and over the phone.
- Interested in wellness services and client relationship management.
- Able to work in a target-oriented workplace while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
