VedXs Production is looking for a dynamic, driven, and resourceful Client Servicing & Operations Head to join our team in Lucknow!

If you know how to turn potential leads into successful event partnerships and can manage an end-to-end event execution pipeline, we want to hear from you.

? Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Client Outreach: Connect with inbound/provided leads, pitch our event IPs and concepts, and secure high-value client meetings.

Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and brands.

Deck Creation & Presentations: Design impactful client presentations, pitches, and proposals.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and maintaining long-term relationships.

End-to-End Operations: Oversee overall project planning, budgeting, team coordination,



and on-ground execution for seamless event delivery.

Reporting & Tracking: Maintain structured records of leads, pipelines, and project status using MS Excel.

? Requirements & Qualifications:

Location: Lucknow (On-site / Hybrid as applicable).

Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (data management/tracking) and MS PowerPoint / Canva (creating pitch decks & presentations).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong pitching & negotiation skills.

Experience: Prior experience in the Event Management, Client Servicing, or Business Development domain preferred.

Solid leadership qualities, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle pressure during live event operations.
