- Drive B2B business development and client acquisition.
- Identify and engage founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal conversion.
- Develop long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial advisory solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal investment banking team.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and business conversions to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Monitor fundraising opportunities,

- Contribute to business growth strategies and revenue targets.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

✔ 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Financial Services.

✔ Solid lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition skills.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

✔ Proven sales pipeline management and conversion skills.

✔ Target-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen.

✔ Investment banking, fundraising, or M&A; experience is an advantage.
