Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Construction (Plant) to oversee and manage civil construction activities for solar/renewable energy plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage civil construction activities at plant/project sites.
- Execute foundations, RCC structures, roads, drainage, trenches, equipment foundations, and other civil works.
- Review and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
- Check measurements, quantities,



and work executed by contractors.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams regarding site requirements and technical issues.
- Identify and resolve site-related civil/structural issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and construction materials.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE/Safety standards at the construction site.
- Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Experience in industrial plant, solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.
- Strong contractor and site management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
