The Chief Sustainability Officer is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's sustainability strategy, driving environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic growth.

1. Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business objectives and address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

2. Reporting and Compliance: Oversee sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. The CSO ensures the organization adheres to all relevant environmental regulations and policies.

3. Environmental Stewardship: Lead initiatives to reduce the organization's environmental footprint, including energy efficiency, waste, Water, Paper reduction, and other initiatives.
