- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, product development, or related fields.

- Demonstrated experience building and launching AI-powered products used in real-world production environments.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end product development, from initial concept and MVP to deployment, adoption, and subsequent scaling.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, RAG, AI agents, model evaluation, and production AI architecture.

- Strong technical foundation in software architecture, backend development, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

- Proven experience managing and developing multidisciplinary technology teams, including engineers and AI/ML professionals.

- Demonstrated ability to hire talent, set performance expectations, mentor team members, and drive accountability.

- Experience making architecture and technology decisions in a startup, scale-up, or product-driven organization.

- Robust understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and production operations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.





- Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with team leadership and business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Director of Technology, or equivalent leadership role.

- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup where the candidate helped build the technology function from the ground up.

- Experience commercializing AI products and scaling them to paying customers or enterprise deployments.

- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, vector databases, model serving, AI evaluation frameworks, and AI observability.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, AI-enabled automation, or other software product businesses.

- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of product analytics, usage metrics, customer feedback loops, and AI product economics.

- Experience contributing to technology budgets, business planning, fundraising, or technical due diligence.
