Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Canviza Services Private Limited in a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves overseeing all IT operations, guiding product and platform architecture, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technology teams, setting technical standards, evaluating and implementing new tools and frameworks, and driving innovation in solution design.

The CTO will collaborate closely with executive leadership on business and IT strategy, manage key projects and roadmaps, and monitor performance,



security, and compliance across systems. This role also includes mentoring technical staff, optimizing development processes, and building solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

- Strong Information Technology leadership experience, including overseeing infrastructure, software development, and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Business Strategy, with a track record of aligning technology decisions to organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, evaluating technology options, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Experience in designing scalable architectures, cloud-based solutions, and modern development practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar position.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
