Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Plant

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the operation. You will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring that the plant operates within budget while maximizing profitability. Your role will involve working closely with the executive team to develop financial strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies and goals aligned with the overall business objectives of the plant.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, managing audits and reporting.
