Job Overview

Lahoti Overseas Limited is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, taxation, treasury, banking relationships, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid financial leadership experience, preferably in a listed company or an export-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and present financial and tax strategies to the CEO.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure, currency hedging, and treasury operations.
- Handle income tax, GST, and other taxation matters.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, cash management, and company audits.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable listed-company compliance requirements.
- Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance across financial functions.
- Manage banking relationships, renewals of bank limits, and bank-related correspondence.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and statutory audits.




- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (AS).
- Monitor the company's investment activities.
- Oversee export procedures and export-related accounting.

Eligibility Criteria
- CA candidates: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a CFO or in an equivalent senior finance leadership role.
- Non-CA candidates: Minimum 3 years of experience as a CFO.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, audits, treasury, and working capital management.
- Experience in banking relationships and credit limit renewals.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange management and currency hedging.
- Understanding of listed-company compliance and Accounting Standards.
- Knowledge of export procedures and accounting is essential.
- Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.

Compensation & Work Schedule
- CTC: ₹16–20 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
- Location: Tardeo, Mumbai.
- Working Days: Six-day work week, with alternate Saturdays working.
