Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate rooftop solar installation and commissioning projects.

- Conduct site surveys and assess rooftop areas, obstructions, and installation requirements.

- Prepare and review solar panel layouts, equipment placement, cable routing, and execution plans.

- Supervise installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables, earthing systems, and electrical panels.

- Coordinate and monitor multiple ongoing project sites.

- Allocate work to site engineers, technicians, and installation teams.

- Train and guide junior engineers in solar installation, electrical safety, and project execution.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.





- Plan material requirements and follow up on procurement, deliveries, and site shortages.

- Monitor manpower, project schedules, work quality, and completion timelines.

- Identify technical issues and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective action.

- Prepare daily progress reports, site photographs, material records, and project documentation.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, net-metering activities, and project handover.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable technical standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
