The Chief Business Excellence will lead strategic and operational initiatives to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in business processes across Tridents facilities. This role will enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability in line with Trident's goals and will ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in business operations.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Strategy-
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap to advance business excellence and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new solutions for operational efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with external partners to bring best practices in lean, automation, and sustainability to business.
- Create a cost-optimization strategy focused on process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Establish robust maintenance and reliability programs to maximize equipment performance.
Operations-
- Regularly analyze and improve business processes to remove bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
- Implement automation, lean practices, and predictive maintenance to drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Lead initiatives to optimize energy use, minimize waste, and achieve sustainability targets.
- Monitor key cost drivers and implement measures to improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators-
- Achievement of business cost savings targets.
- Increase in process efficiency and reduction in cycle times.
- Improvement in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and system uptime.
- Reduction in waste and enhanced sustainability metrics.
- Successful adoption of new technologies and innovative business practices.
Role Requirements-
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with experience in textiles. Skills and Competencies:
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, automation, continuous improvement, and business excellence.
- Proficiency in advanced business systems, including IoT and predictive maintenance.
- Creative mindset with a track record of driving efficiency and quality.
