The Site Readiness Team is responsible for ensuring that job sites are fully prepared for seamless installation. This includes close working with customer’s project team for preparing shaft as per GAD & guidelines, they also coordinate between factory logistic team, truck driver & site unloading team for material unloading & storage.
Additionally, they ensure material verification as per packing list & timely reporting of any material shortages or damages.
