We are looking for a motivated and experienced Center Head to lead our Brahmpura branch, drive business growth, and ensure excellence in academy operations and student experience.

Role DescriptionThe Center Head will be responsible for managing the overall operations, admissions, business development, and performance of Lakmé Academy, Brahmpura.

The role involves leading the academy team, achieving enrollment and revenue targets, maintaining training and service standards, and ensuring a positive experience for students and prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily academy operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate counselors, trainers, and administrative staff.
- Drive student admissions, enrollment growth, and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and local outreach initiatives.
- Monitor admission inquiries, lead conversions, follow-ups, and overall sales performance.
- Establish and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain high standards of student satisfaction,



training quality, and customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, operational budgets, and administrative processes.
- Prepare performance reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build relationships with local institutions, industry professionals, and potential business partners.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, preferably in education, training, beauty, wellness, or service-oriented businesses.
- Experience in center management, branch operations, admissions, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales conversion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operational responsibilities while achieving business and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, reporting, and basic business administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a vocational training institute, beauty academy, or educational organization will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Brahmpura, Muzaffarpur.
