Job DescriptionNiscka Accessories is looking for an experienced Buyer / Purchase Executive to manage product sourcing, purchasing, vendor development, and procurement of fashion/imitation jewellery and accessories.

The ideal candidate should have robust negotiation skills, knowledge of wholesale markets, and a willingness to travel frequently for product sourcing and vendor visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Source trendy fashion jewellery and accessories from manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
- Identify and onboard new vendors while maintaining existing supplier relationships.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular market visits to discover new designs, collections, and suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders,



product samples, quality checks, and timely procurement.
- Coordinate with inventory, cataloguing, and e-commerce teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in buying, purchasing, procurement, or product sourcing.
- Experience in fashion jewellery, imitation jewellery, fashion accessories, or related industries preferred.
- Knowledge of wholesale markets, manufacturers, and vendor networks.
- Strong vendor negotiation, costing, and purchasing skills.
- Must be willing to travel frequently for sourcing and vendor visits.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Greater Noida West.
