Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and business workflows.
- Identify problems in existing processes.
- Prepare clear requirements and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment, training and client handover.
- Ensure solutions address the client's actual business needs.

- ERP / CRM Functional Consultant
- Software Implementation Consultant
- Business Analyst with implementation experience
- Technical Sales / Solutions Consultant
- Customer Success skilled with technical exposure
