Coordinate manpower requirements & recruitment
KRA & KPI implementation and tracking
Training & employee development initiatives
Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) and employee engagement
Handle Employee Relations (ER) & employee queries
Maintain employee records, HR MIS & documentation
Performance management & employee lifecycle activities
Implement HR policies, processes & initiatives
Support HR audits & compliance documentation
Required Skills
HR Generalist / Business HR experience
Solid communication & interpersonal skills
Employee handling & coordination
MS Excel & HR MIS knowledge
Performance Management
Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
Ability to work closely with business teams
