Apprentice supports coordination, reporting, documentation, process tracking, stakeholder follow-up & operational improvement.

Duration: 12 Months Learning: Business operations, reporting, stakeholder communication, Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards & process discipline.

Responsibilities: Maintain trackers, reports, meeting/action logs & dashboards; support data validation, meetings, process mapping, SOPs & knowledge management.

Deliverables: Status tracker, meeting notes, dashboard inputs, SOP draft & follow-up log.

Eligibility: Must meet NATS registration & organization-specific apprenticeship eligibility requirements.

Guardrails: Supervised developmental role; production-critical ownership only after competency and mentor approval. Conversion depend on business need, policy & performance.
