We are looking for a skilled Business Head to lead our LV & HT Panels Manufacturing team in Chengalpattu. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

- Design and develop low voltage (LV) and high tension (HT) panels, switchgear systems, and panel designs.

- Manage manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements :





- Proven experience in LV/HT Switchgear, Panel Design, Business Development, Manufacturing Operations, P&L; Management, Auto Card, Eplan.

- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.

- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
