We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to generate leads, develop client relationships and drive sales for landscaping, garden design and exterior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through architects, interior designers, builders, developers and direct clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers, and follow up with clients.
- Negotiate pricing,
close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth project handover.
- Follow up on payments and maintain sales pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Experience in landscaping, architecture, interior design, construction or real estate preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking and deal-closing skills.
- Existing connections with architects, interior designers, builders or developers preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
