Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the development of strategic growth plans. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings, and following up on leads to advance the sales pipeline. The role will collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, gather client feedback, and contribute to revenue forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents with clear and persuasive communication.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic productivity software to track activities and report on performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in business development, account management, or consultative sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage part-time hours effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
