Base Location: West Bengal | Field Sales

Experience: 2–7 Years

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Industry: Education / EdTech | MDS & NEET Vertical

Open to Travel in West Bengal, Odisha & North East

What You’ll Do

Visit Dental Colleges & Universities across West Bengal, Odisha & North East

Promote DBMCI MDS eGurukul programs





Generate leads through field visits, seminars & student interactions

Convert leads into admissions and achieve sales targets

Build relationships with students & college authorities

Drive app downloads, admissions & regional brand visibility

What We’re Looking For

2–7 years of experience in Field Sales / Education Sales / Pharma Sales / BDM

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong target orientation & negotiation skills

Energetic, confident & self-motivated

Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal & North East
