We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in the solar segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and expanding our market reach. This role requires a deep understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the solar segment.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key channel partners, including distributors, retailers, and installers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.




- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, training programs, and sales enablement tools for channel partners.
- Support channel partners in their sales efforts through product training, technical assistance, and marketing support.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive accountability.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the company.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner feedback to senior management.
