We’re hiring: Business Development Intern

At Izart Studio, we work across brand strategy, visual identity, packaging, website design and development, and content. We help businesses define what they stand for and bring that thinking to life through design and communication.

We’re looking for a confident, articulate, and personable intern to be the first point of contact for potential clients and help turn incoming enquiries into meaningful conversations.

About the role

When a lead comes in, you’ll call them promptly, understand what they’re looking for, qualify their requirements using our checklist, and schedule a discovery meeting with our team.

You’ll take ownership of that first interaction and the follow-ups that help a prospect move from expressing interest to attending a meeting.

What you’ll do

- Call incoming leads promptly during working hours and introduce them to Izart.
- Understand their business, project requirements, budget, timelines, and decision-making process using our pre-qualification checklist.
- Explain Izart’s services and approach clearly, with guidance from the training we provide.
- Schedule discovery meetings and coordinate calendars between prospects and our team.
- Send meeting confirmations and reminders, follow up with unresponsive leads, and reschedule missed appointments.
- Keep our lead tracker or CRM updated with conversation notes, lead status, and next steps.
- Give the team a clear brief before each meeting so they can take the conversation forward.
- Share recurring questions and feedback to help us improve how we engage with prospective clients.

Your focus will be lead qualification and appointment setting. Our senior team will handle proposals,



pricing negotiations, and closing.

Who we’re looking for

- Excellent command of English and Hindi, especially in conversation.
- A warm, engaging personality and the confidence to speak with new people.
- Someone who listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and can navigate a conversation naturally.
- The ability to build rapport with founders, business owners, and marketing professionals.
- Strong organisation skills and the discipline to follow through on calls, reminders, and commitments.
- Curiosity about branding, design, client acquisition, and the creative agency space.
- A willingness to learn, practise, take feedback, and improve.

No previous experience required

We’ll train you on Izart’s services, offerings, SOPs, sales process, and prospect qualification checklist. You don’t need an existing understanding of the creative industry to apply.

Bring solid communication skills, confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
