About the Role

Thixpro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, promoting our IT services, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote company services, including website development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, CRM, ERP, and digital marketing.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.




- Maintain client information and update lead records in the company database.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn about IT services and achieve business targets.
