Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a solid pipeline of leads, and converting prospects into active customers for Protrainy’s training programs.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and events; present Protrainy’s offerings to institutions and individual professionals; and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts,



tracking sales activities, preparing proposals, collaborating with marketing and training teams, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and grow Protrainy’s client base.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in education, e-learning, or training services.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, meet targets, use CRM or sales tracking tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong interest in the education and training sector.
