We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers with excellent communication skills to join our team as Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and interested in building a career in business development, client communication, and sales.
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working Shift: Night Shift (Free drop-off, distance radius 6-7KM only)
Shift Time: 7 PM to 4 AM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Candidates with up to 15 days notice period may apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
