Position Overview:

This is a core sales role responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and generating revenue through influencer marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new clients from Influencer Marketing / TV , Radio, Out of Home Media or Print Media / Digital Ad Sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Understand client needs and propose customized influencer marketing solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets




- Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM

Qualifications & Skills:

- Background in Influencer Marketing / TV , Radio, Out of Home Media or Print Media / Digital Ad Sales
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
- Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
