Fixed Salary: 35,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Potential Monthly Earnings: 55,000 - 60,000 based on sales performance

Role & responsibilities

- Drive business growth for our premium sofa and furniture showroom by acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and high-value residential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and business development visits across Chennai.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, outreach and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable premium furniture and sofa solutions.
- Convert enquiries and prospects into confirmed orders while achieving sales targets.
- Support showroom sales by assisting walk-in customers and explaining product features, materials, designs, quality and pricing.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate professionally and follow up with clients to close deals.




- Maintain client databases, track leads and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in furniture, home interiors or lifestyle products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in premium furniture, sofas and interior design.
- Ability to build good relationships with customers, architects and interior designers.
- Willingness to meet clients, explore new opportunities and support showroom sales.
- A positive attitude, confidence and a willingness to learn and grow.
