We are hiring Business Development Associates to connect with potential learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable learning programs offered by Scaler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential students through calls and leads.
- Understand candidates career goals and learning requirements.
- Explain Scaler courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and resolve their queries related to courses and fees.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in the CRM.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable English communication.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Experience:
- BDA: 0–2 years of experience.
- Senior BDA: 2 years of experience; EdTech experience is required.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, counselling, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with sales or counselling experience.
- EdTech, technology sales, or high-ticket product sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and achieving targets.
