About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented freshers to join our tele sales team. The role involves outbound calling, explaining product features and pricing, handling customer queries, and following up with potential customers to generate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers using provided leads.
Explain products and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain customer records and follow up with prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility & Skills:
Undergraduate, graduate, or currently pursuing a degree.
Basic English communication skills.
Good convincing skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC upto 3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
