Role: Business Development Associate – OpenSpace

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive regional sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and end customers.
- Generate leads, develop a sales pipeline, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Openspace solutions.




- Drive end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to achieve business targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in business development, solution sales, and relationship management.
- Proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop business opportunities.
