Job Overview

Matamix International is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

Freshers with an interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply. Candidates with advertising agency or digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through online research, networking, and other business development channels.
- Client Acquisition: Connect with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable services.
- Follow-ups:



Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to move sales opportunities forward.
- Market Research: Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Proposal Coordination: Prepare and coordinate business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and work towards targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
