If you are a Proactive enthusiastic fresher who is eager to gain hands-on experience in market expansion, sales and client relationship management within the software industry.

Internship Program:

- 3 months' paid internship with a stipend in range of 8k -12k per month + incentives on closures (range from 2k - 20000)
- High-performing interns will be considered for full-time job offers upon successful completion of the program.
- You will work closely with our CEO and Higher Business Leaders to identify opportunities, support client acquisition, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibility Areas The internship involves:





- Understanding the products and services offered by Unistanz.
- Mentorship from Higher Business Leaders
- Cold calling and identifying potential clients and strategize for market expansion
- Cold calling with leads generated through software like Apollo and Redrob
- Engaging with existing and recent clients to build a long term relationship.
- In person visits and meetings with our clients and partners
- Generating positive leads.
- Converting leads to actual business.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Potential candidates should be /have: Fresh Graduates (BBA, BMS, MBA, MMS, B Tech, BCom with specialization in Marketing preferred) or (any graduate with interest in Growth, Market expansion and marketing of software products & services).
- Prior Experience of 2 to 6 months of experience in Business Development, Marketing or Client Interaction and are interested for internship with fulltime employment may be considered.
- Prior Experience in using lead generation platforms like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo and others.
- Substantial knowledge of current trends in Technology and Automation would be a plus.
- Proactive and self motivated candidates with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
