Roles and Responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, process improvements, or system integrations.
- Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and support data-driven strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, increase efficiency, and implement best practices using proven methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration of software systems, acting as a liaison to ensure requirements are met and business needs are addressed.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation including functional specifications, business process models, use cases, and test plans, ensuring documentation aligns with project objectives and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute test plans, lead UAT activities, and collaborate closely with development teams to resolve any issues before system implementation.

- Business Reporting: Develop meaningful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for various levels of the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Business Analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
