Responsibilities:

1. Maintain clear and complete knowledge on business operations and procedures
2. Work with management to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities.
3. Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements, Identify and develop new business opportunities for company growth.
4. Provide, communicate and implement strategy to address competition, changes in customer preference and improvements in technology and marketing tools.
5. Utilize customer information from CRM data and customer research to understand trends and opportunities
6. Leverage on market/customer research, trends and competitor analysis to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share and enhance guest loyalty
7. Undertake market analysis/modelling, portfolio metric reporting and operational support related to the firm/team’s strategy
8. Provide further insight into the firms overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses
9. Provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators
10. Provide leadership to teams and cross-functional teams on the execution of an implementation, work plan or other strategic initiative.
11. Observing competitors’ products and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for new products or services
12. Monitoring industry trends and economic factors that could impact a company’s performance
13. Evaluating plans and proposals for new products,



services or business processes to determine feasibility and potential profitability
14. Creating proposals for recent products, services or business processes that meet customer needs while addressing cost issues

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record in business analysis, strategic planning and execution, preferably within the wellness, beauty or healthcare industry or from FMCG or lifestyle Industry.

Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in data interpretation, statistical analysis and financial modelling.

Exceptional problem-solving ability and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated capacity to convert insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective presentation of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of global wellness and beauty industry trends, consumer behaviour and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
