We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager / Business Analyst to own and drive the product strategy, and execution for our CRM and customer support platforms.

In this role, you will partner directly with cross-functional business units—including Sales, Client Servicing, Operations, and Marketing—to maximize business growth, streamline operational workflows, and enhance advisor and customer satisfaction. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our dedicated Engineering team, translating business goals into robust functional workflows, technical requirements, and scalable product enhancements

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the multi-quarter roadmap for CRM, Helpdesk, and related customer-facing and internal service tools to optimize business throughput and user productivity.
- Stakeholder Management & Process Discovery: Collaborate with business unit heads to analyse existing sales and service funnels, uncover operational bottlenecks, and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Requirements & Solution Design: Translate high-level business requirements (BRDs) into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs),



process flowcharts (draw.io), and UI wireframes (Figma) for custom Widgets and portals.
- Engineering Partnership: Work closely with the Tech team to scope, design, and validate custom workflows, REST API integrations with core back-office systems, and custom UI extensions.
- Adoption & Change Management: Drive adoption across internal teams through structured rollout plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and explicit product documentation.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor operational and commercial KPIs (e.g., Lead-to-Conversion velocity, SLA compliance, First Response Time, CSAT, NPS) using Analytics dashboards.
- Platform Governance & Optimization: Continuously evaluate platform health, data integrity, user access governance, and upcoming Zoho ecosystem features to keep the platform robust and compliant.
