Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement-gathering sessions, and workshops.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with development, QA, project management, and business teams.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog management.




- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against business requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to create process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Solid stakeholder management and documentation skills.
