Job profile for Sr. Credit Analyst / Credit Analyst

This is a critical role for our company. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for full process of completion of loan application as per lender policies, from initial document collection to loan application preparation and verification through to settlement by the bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyse client information (fact finds, applications, supporting documents) to assess serviceability and borrowing capacity as per lender policy.​
- Work extensively on broker CRM systems such as Broker Engine, MyCRM, Infynity and Mercury for data entry, workflow updates, task management and pipeline tracking.​
- Interpret and apply lender credit policies,



product guidelines and servicing calculators to recommend suitable loan structures (e.g., fixed/variable, interest‑only, splits, refinance scenarios).​
- Liaise (via email/CRM notes/phone, as applicable) with brokers and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information, clarify discrepancies and provide status updates on files.​
- Conduct preliminary checks on income documents (payslips, bank statements, tax returns, BAS, rental statements) and identify any red flags or inconsistencies.​
- Track applications from submission through conditional approval, formal approval and settlement, ensuring all conditions are met within required timeframes.​
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in all CRM tools and lender portals, adhering to Proowrx processes and client‑specific SLAs.​
- Support brokers with post‑settlement requests such as variations, product switches, discharge requests and rate review support, as required.​
- Ensure compliance with Australian responsible lending, privacy and broker group requirements as trained by Proowrx and its clients.​

Qualifications and experience needed:

1. MBA or any graduates with relevant experience.
2. Good command of both oral and written English language will be required for the profile.
3. 1-3 Years of experience of working with Australian Mortgage broker support will be preferred.
4. Accuracy and strong attention to detail,
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent time management skills

Our office timings are from 6:00 am to 3:00 p.m. to overlap Australia time.
