Core Responsibilities

- Operations & Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee installation projects from start to finish. This includes managing resources, labor, and materials to ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise installation technicians and supervisors. They conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a secure and productive branch culture.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the installation P&L; (Profit and Loss) for their geography.

Responsibilities include controlling installation-related expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring project-level profitability.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all work adheres to industry regulations (e.g., OSHA) and company policies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase. They resolve disputes, handle escalated issues,



and conduct post-installation reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships with external contractors and vendors, assigning work to ensure sufficient manpower while monitoring their performance and quality.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Typically requires 5–10 years of experience in installation, construction management, or a related field, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field is often required or preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in P&L; management, project management software, and field-specific tools (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or security systems knowledge).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking ability, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills are essential for managing both teams and client expectations.
