- Make outbound calls to customers or candidates as per the assigned process.
- Explain company services, products, or job opportunities clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers or candidates through calls.
- Maintain accurate call records and update daily reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
