- Experience as a Biology Subject Lead / Senior Content Specialist
- High School teaching experience in International Curriculum (A & AS Level)
- Robust hands-on experience in Biology content creation and review
- Ability to manage teams and ensure quality & timely delivery
- Excellent communication and IT skills
