- Preparation of tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes in ERP (SAP/Tally).

- Ensure accurate billing as per PO, rate contract, and dispatch details.

- Coordination with Sales, PPC, and Dispatch team for billing data.

- E-way bill generation and documentation.

- Maintain billing register and reconciliation of sales invoices.

- Follow-up with customers for pending documents (PO, GRN, etc.).

- GST compliance related to sales entries.

- Handling export billing (if applicable).

- MIS preparation related to billing and sales data.

- Support in audit and statutory requirements.
