- Specific Skills required / Competitor Mapping, if any: Should have experience in Building & Infrastructure as a project manager
- Location: Delhi
- Responsible for P&L; as per budget.
- Responsible for Customer Relationship Building.
- Experience in project execution and QA/QC activity including QAP preparations, IS, PWD & CPWD standard documentation.
- Oversee in office construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications and billing.
- Ensure quality control, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site meetings and inspections
- Daily reporting to SBU Lead
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation & dossier.
