Role Description This full-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role is based at Origin Child Development Center in Hyderabad.

The Behavioral

Therapist will assess children’s behavioral and developmental needs, design individualized behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), in one-on-one and group settings. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, tracking progress through data collection, preparing session notes and reports,



and adjusting interventions based on observed outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, educators, and families to ensure consistency of behavior support across home and school environments.

The Behavioral

Therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and support parent and caregiver training to reinforce therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Background in Psychology and child development, with experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant degree in Psychology, certifications in ABA or behavior therapy are an advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, analyze behavioral data, and adapt interventions based on evidence and best practices.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and a child-centered, family-focused approach.
- Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage a consistent full-time caseload in an on-site clinical environment.
